VARINSIC, Inc. was established in 2008 and is located in Southern Maryland servicing the DC Metro and Baltimore areas. We are a dynamic Value Added Reseller offering customers an agnostic approach to solve complex business problems by integrating technology solutions.
Our technical team offers consulting expertise in the areas of IT infrastructure architectures and systems integration to help businesses architect, implement, and manage their distributed network-computing environments. Specific examples would be specialized offerings such as LAN and WAN internetworking solutions, remote access and security solutions, server, storage, database and backup solutions, enterprise management and event reporting solutions, as well as onsite and offsite managed services.

What types of businesses do you serve?
We sell mainly to commercial businesses and the Federal, state, and
local governments.

What Payment types do you offer?
Varinsic offers credit terms N15 or N30 days and COD Company Check terms with the successful completion and processing of our credit application. We also accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover.
What about sales tax?
Varinsic, Inc. is a Maryland based corporation. If we ship outside of the state of Maryland, orders are not subject to us collecting the sales tax for the state that it is being shipped into. If the orders are shipped inside of Maryland or picked up, we require that a Maryland State Resale Certificate is kept on file. It is Maryland state law that all orders less than $200.00 are subject to Maryland state sales tax (6%), even if we have a Maryland State Resale Certificate on file.

What if I want to try and buy?
Many of our partners offer try and buy programs. Just ask your Varinsic Account Executive and they will let you know if the product you are interested in offers this type of program. With approved credit and signing a try buy contract, your Account Executive can work to coordinate with the manufacturer to make this happen.
What should you do if you are missing and item or I have a discrepancy with an order?

Yes, Please ask your Varinsic, Inc. account executive to get you a volume discount contract.
What are Varinsic, Inc. days and hours of operation?
We are open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday except for Holidays.
